Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how PageNarrator Pro refund requests are handled when you buy through Paddle. It forms part of our Terms of Service and follows Paddle's Refund Policy.

Refund Standard

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for PageNarrator Pro purchases. Under Paddle's Refund Policy, all Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle.

Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis, and eligible buyers may also have statutory withdrawal or refund rights based on their country of purchase. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

How to Request a Refund

Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, the support link in your receipt or billing page, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.

If your request concerns a technical or product defect, email [email protected] first so we can try to resolve the issue or provide the product context Paddle may need.

Processing

Paddle reviews refund eligibility and timing using its transaction records and applicable law. If Paddle approves a refund, access to the relevant PageNarrator Pro license ends and Paddle processes the refund to the original payment method where possible.

License Revocation

When a refund is issued, your PageNarrator Pro license is marked inactive. Devices using that key return to the free tier the next time the extension performs its routine license check, usually within 24 hours or immediately when the side panel reopens.
